Vontier Corporation in Florence, Italy (Hybrid) is seeking a Professional Services Specialist to guide customers from solution design through to successful service adoption. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, project management, and support teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leading customer onboarding, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Understanding customer requirements and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Configuring and customising products, platforms, and applications to meet customer expectations.
• Setting up and maintaining customer laboratories, demo environments, and trade show demonstrations.
• Supporting customer UAT for new product introductions, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
• Assisting with pilot installations, local deployments, certifications, and technical rollouts.
• Delivering customer education, guidance, and system configuration support.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and implementation reports.
• Supporting Network Operations Centre (NOC) activities, monitoring central applications, and assisting customers with proactive system management.
• Managing product localisation activities, including translations, master data, images, and customer-specific customisations.
• Contributing to the development of standardised service processes and best practices.

We're now looking for a Professional Services Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Florence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and playing a key role in bringing innovative technology solutions to life.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Professional Services Specialist, you'll support customers throughout their implementation journey, helping ensure a smooth transition from solution design through to successful service adoption.

You'll work closely with customers, engineering teams, project managers, and support specialists to deliver high-quality technical solutions and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• · Leading customer onboarding, implementation, and deployment activities.
• · Understanding customer requirements and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
• · Configuring and customising products, platforms, and applications to meet customer expectations.
• · Setting up and maintaining customer laboratories, demo environments, and trade show demonstrations.
• · Supporting customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product introductions, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
• · Assisting with pilot installations, local deployments, certifications, and technical rollouts.
• · Delivering customer education, guidance, and system configuration support.
• · Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and implementation reports.
• · Supporting Network Operations Centre (NOC) activities, monitoring central applications, and assisting customers with proactive system management.
• · Managing product localisation activities, including translations, master data, images, and customer-specific customisations.
• · Contributing to the development of standardised service processes and best practices.

We're looking for someone who combines technical capability with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

You'll ideally have:

• · Experience working with Windows-based IT environments.
• · Knowledge of .NET and SQL
• · Understanding of the fuel retail, forecourt, or petroleum industry would be beneficial.
• · Strong spoken and written English skills.
• · Italian language skills; Spanish would be an additional advantage.
• · Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• · The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
• · A flexible and adaptable approach to changing environments and customer needs.
• · Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including active listening and empathy.
• · Willingness to travel when required.
