Allianz Technology S.p.A. is seeking a Production Management Expert to support the Production Manager and ensure high customer satisfaction through strong service delivery and incident management.

You will work with global teams to maintain operations, drive improvements, and sustain excellence across IT services in an international environment. The role emphasizes incident resolution, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with application architects.

Join Allianz Technology S.p.A. as a Production Management Expert, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Production Manager to ensure effective service delivery to our business partners and manage the customer interface, striving for high customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on managing operations, supporting the incidents resolution and providing valuable feedback to enhance the quality of services offered. With your comprehensive knowledge of the clients' IT landscape and organization, along with a solid understanding of projects, products, and services, you will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence. As part of a truly global team, you will collaborate with various Allianz teams, leveraging best practices and your expertise to support and strengthen our service delivery. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and processes within an international environment, contributing to both the maintenance and continuous improvement of current operations and the development of strategies to enhance our IT services. What you do

• Monitor together with the teams on a daily basis all applications and infrastructure of a region.
• Work with multiple global and local teams to resolve incidents, improve operations and provide feedback and suggestions to application architects for the continuous improvement of applications availability, resiliency and performance.
• In charge of the performance of the applications, works together with the customers on improvement plans.
• First and single point of contact for the customer in terms of infra or application issues (e.g. incidents/outages, management escalations).
• Leading the "crisis room" with the technical teams in case of an emergency.
• Works together with local CTO and application architects hand-in-hand on cost improvement measures.
• Works with the different functions to also oversee the financial relationship with the customers.
• The production management expert should support in the decommissioning processes.

What you bring

• Solid IT background with extensive operational experience in application and/or infrastructure environments, with a proven ability to ensure service continuity and production stability.
• International working experience with a strong track record in transformational and high-impact projects.
• Proficiency in Cloud technologies and platforms, including containerization, cloud-native architectures and cloud migration strategies.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience working in Agile teams or supporting Agile transformation initiatives.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, coordinating interactions across multiple teams and acting as a mediator to resolve critical issues and drive alignment.
• Proven ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills, with fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).

• Starting annual compensation from 66,000 €.
