Allianz Technology is seeking an AI Engineer to build and industrialize technical capabilities for AI initiatives. You will develop enterprise GenAI solutions, build AI agents, and integrate with core enterprise platforms to enable intelligent workflows.

You will work with Azure AI, OpenAI and other frameworks, contribute to RAG and automation strategies, and collaborate with Architecture, Security and Data Management to deliver scalable, reusable accelerators.

Competenze

• Experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and GenAI technologies.
• Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, and equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with the AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC).
• Experience in automation, intelligent automation, and RPA platforms.
• Knowledge of Python, API integration, and modern software engineering practices.

What You Bring

What We Offer

• Starting annual compensation from 76,000 €
