Allianz Technology invites an AI Engineering specialist to design and industrialize GenAI capabilities, accelerators, and intelligent workflows. You will integrate with enterprise platforms, implement RAG and knowledge access while collaborating with Architecture, Security, and Data Management to deliver reusable solutions.

The role demands strong experience in LLMs, agent frameworks, and GenAI tools (Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, Copilot Studio).

Competenze

• Experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and GenAI technologies.
• Hands-on with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and related tools.
• Familiarity with the AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC).
• Experience in automation, intelligent automation and RPA platforms.
• Strong Python skills, API integration and modern software practices.
• Pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.

About the Job

Build and industrialize the technical capabilities needed to support the growth of AI initiatives, developing accelerators, integrations, intelligent agents, and reusable solutions.

What you do

• Develop enterprise GenAI solutions.

What you bring

What we offer

• Starting annual compensation from 76,000 €
