Allianz is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI use cases, aligning business needs with technological capabilities and governance. You will act as the main liaison between business functions and the local/central AI ecosystem in Milan, Lombardy.

You will collect AI opportunities, build the use case pipeline, define business cases and KPIs, coordinate delivery, and manage stakeholders and vendors to ensure value realization and responsible governance.

Competenze

• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Innovation, or Consulting.
• Solid experience as a Technical Project Manager and/or in pre-sales roles for complex IT solutions.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and project governance.
• Knowledge of the main AI and GenAI technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong orientation toward results and value creation.

About the Job

What we offer

• Starting annual compensation from 56,000
