Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Settimo Torinese invites an Engineering professional to join our manufacturing team.

You will support the area manager, contribute to continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and safety. The role requires an Engineering Master’s degree, 3–5 years in similar roles, and solid English. We offer a permanent contract under Gomma Plastica N.C.B.A with a base salary at least €55,000 plus a variable component and welfare

Competenze

Engineering Master’s degree required.
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Mansioni

Supports the area manager in actions needed to achieve targets.
Contributes to continuous improvement of production processes and training of staff.
Monitors department KPIs (volumes, waste) and proposes improvement actions for productivity and safety.
Collaborates with Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to implement improvement projects.
Manages people: absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation.
HSE: supervises safety rules and implements corrective actions.
