Epassi, Europe’s leading wellbeing benefits platform, is hiring a Product Manager to join the Italian team in Milan or Vercelli. You’ll report to the Head of Product Italy and shape experiences for thousands of employees across Europe, with a focus on welfare, management, and digital wellbeing.

You’ll run discovery, write user stories, define roadmap, work with UX, data scientists, and engineers, and support sales with product insights.

Competenze

• Proven product management experience in a tech-driven environment.
• Hands-on with data-driven products and AI-enabled features including prompt engineering and AI tool orchestration.
• Experience across end-user interfaces, admin tools and APIs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and product roadmapping.

Mansioni

• Lead product discovery and delivery for features related to corporate welfare and digital wellbeing.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, including AI-powered tools and insights.
• Work with Agile teams to translate requirements into iterative deliveries.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, data specialists, and engineering to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Produce clear product documentation for stakeholders.
• Support sales with technical and product insights for complex deals.
• Coordinate with Group product teams to align local roadmaps with Europe-wide strategy.
