Epassi, a leading European employee benefits provider, is hiring a Product Manager based in Milan or Vercelli with hybrid work. You will lead discovery, define roadmaps and drive AI-powered welfare solutions across markets, working with a diverse team to deliver measurable impact.

You will report to the Head of Product Italy, collaborate with engineers, designers, data specialists and business analysts, and contribute to the platform's growth across Europe.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven org.
• Experience with data-driven products and AI-enabled features.
• Ability to work across end-user interfaces, admin tools and APIs.

Mansioni

• Lead product discovery and delivery for features related to corporate welfare and digital wellbeing.
• Define, structure and prioritize the product roadmap, including AI-powered tools.
• Work within Agile teams to translate requirements into deliveries.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, data, engineering to deliver coherent solutions.
• Produce clear product documentation for stakeholders.
• Support sales with technical and product insights for complex deals.
• Coordinate rollout across Group markets with potential travel.
