Haier HVAC Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own and guide chiller product lines. You will work with R&D, sales, and marketing to deliver successful launches and maintain the existing portfolio.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management within HVAC, with strong go-to-market knowledge and full product lifecycle experience. The role requires collaboration across teams and some travel, including Europe and China, with relocation to Northeast Italy possible for EU candidates.

This role is integral to the development and success of one of our most exciting new product lines. You will be working cross-functionally to ensure our product meets customer needs and align with the company’s strategic goals. You will be a highly proactive individual, results driven technical professional, that’s keen to make an impact in the HVAC world. This role gives you the chance to be at the hub of future products and services as you will be working with the RD teams as well as the sales Marketing teams to ensure a great new product launch as well as maintain the success we have in the market with our existing portfolio.

Minimum Gross Annual Salary : € 50.000
