OverIT is seeking an experienced Workplace & Facilities Operations professional to own and drive operations across its sites in Italy, coordinating with international offices in the UK and US. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, events, and partner with HR on onboarding while continuously improving processes to enhance employee experience.

• Own and manage workplace-related budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking, invoice validation, and financial control.
• Manage vendor relationships end-to-end, including scouting, selection, contract negotiation and renewal, and performance monitoring.

What you’ll do

• Own and drive workplace and facilities operations across OverIT sites in Italy, coordinating with international offices (UK, US)
• Own and manage workplace-related budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking, invoice validation, and financial control

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, operations, event management, or similar roles
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
• Solid experience in vendor and contract management, with a good understanding of cost control dynamics
• Confidence and professional standing in interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English and Italian, with availability to work on-site (approx. 20–40%) across OverIT Italian offices: Fiume Veneto, Udine, Milan, and Rome.
