Retail Search Srl is seeking a Product Developer Manager to oversee Jersey and Fleece product development for women, men and kids. You will coordinate prototyping, supplier negotiations, and pre-production, ensuring on-time delivery and quality across all lines.

Lead a team of Junior PMs, partner with Design and Production, and leverage Excel and PLM tools to analyze sales data and optimize pricing. English proficiency essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Design, Product Development or related field.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of PLM systems (Kubix a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative team player.

Responsabilités

We are looking for a role of Product Developer Manager for one important fashion brand.

The candidate is responsible for:

• Product development manager for the Jersey and Fleece segments across all product lines (Woman, Man, Kids).
• Supplier management: scouting, cost negotiation, and style allocation.
• Coordination of prototyping, fitting, and sample development.
• Supervision of material purchasing, quality control, and pre-production phases.
• Sales analysis and optimization of pricing and quantities based on performance.
• Constant interface with Design and Production teams to ensure product consistency, timelines, and final quality.
• Constant interface with Head of Creative Director.
• Managing a team of Junior PM

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Fashion Fashion Design, Product Development or a related field.
• Excellente knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of PLM systems (Kubix is considered a plus).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
