Job summary

La DoubleJ in Milan is seeking a Junior Product Development Specialist – Product Data to join our lively production team. You will create and maintain product master data, BOMs, and ensure quality of information across systems.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Production, and suppliers, supporting documentation and ensuring data accuracy while learning our PLM/PIM processes and fashion industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and confidence in digital tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and follow up effectively.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of product master data and SKUs.
• Creation and management of Bills of Materials (BOMs), including fabrics, materials, trims, accessories and other product components.
• Update product data and information according to changes occurring throughout the product development process.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of product information entered into company systems.
• Collect and organize product information from Product Development, Production and external suppliers.
• Support the management of documentation and operational activities related to product development.
• Follow up with internal teams and suppliers to collect missing information and ensure product data is complete and updated on time.

Key Activities
