Job summary

Retail Search Srl is seeking a Product Developer Manager to oversee Jersey and Fleece product development for women, men and kids. You will coordinate prototyping, supplier negotiations, and pre-production, ensuring on-time delivery and quality across all lines.

Lead a team of Junior PMs, partner with Design and Production, and leverage Excel and PLM tools to analyze sales data and optimize pricing. English proficiency essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Degree in Fashion Design, Product Development or related field.
Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of PLM systems (Kubix a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

Lead product development for Jersey and Fleece across Woman, Man and Kids.
Manage suppliers: scouting, cost negotiation, and style allocation.
Coordinate prototyping, fitting, and sample development.
Supervise material purchasing, quality control, and pre-production.
Perform sales analysis and optimize pricing and quantities.
Interface with Design and Production to ensure consistency, timelines, and quality.
Collaborate with Head of Creative Director.
Manage a team of Junior PMs.
