Louis Vuitton, part of LVMH Moët Hennessy, seeks an experienced Product Developer for luxury leather accessories. The role drives collection development from ideation to GO STYLE, balancing aesthetics with cost, quality, and deadlines.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Style, Marketing, and suppliers to ensure timely mock-ups and prototypes that meet Maison standards. You will champion reuse, circular creativity, and design-to-cost practices, while travel across Italy and France

Competenze

• 5–7 years of experience in product development for accessories
• Strong interest in leather goods and luxury market understanding
• Fluency in Italian and English; French a plus
• Proficient in PLM and Office suite

In this role you drive new collection development from ideation to GO STYLE, balancing aesthetics with technical feasibility, cost efficiency, quality, and deadlines. You will collaborate with Style and Marketing, coordinating industrial stakeholders to ensure timely mock-ups and prototypes that meet Maison standards. You’ll lead development through the creative brief to final GO STYLE, while promoting reuse, circular creativity, and design-to-cost practices. This is a cross-functional role with a meaningful impact on product quality and time-to-market.

• Manage requests for new collection development aligned with Marketing briefs
• Monitor mock-ups and prototypes; conduct weekly development follow-ups
• Follow up with suppliers; manage development and research orders
• Oversee special order samples: orders, deliveries, dispatch
• Plan the creative brief through to GO STYLE phase
