Context and Purpose of the job

The resource will join the Compliance Office and, under the supervision of a tutor, will be involved in activities aimed at ensuring product compliance with the requirements of the target markets.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the collection, review, and organization of compliance documentation and supporting evidence, including certificates, declarations, and test reports
• Preparing and providing compliance guidelines and requirements to production sources, based on the requirements of various markets
• Collaborating with internal functions and external stakeholders to collect and verify the information required for compliance activities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and/or Degree
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and documentation
• Good written and spoken English and Italian
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
