Job summary

Giorgio Armani Group seeks a Compliance Assistant to join the Compliance Office. Under tutor supervision, you will help ensure product compliance for target markets, handling documentation, certificates, and test reports.

You will prepare guidelines for production sources and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for compliance activities. Proficiency in English and Italian is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• Expert use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and precise data/doc handling.
• Good written and spoken English and Italian.
• Strong interpersonal, flexible, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, reviewing and organizing compliance docs, certificates, declarations and test reports.
• Provide compliance guidelines to production sources per market requirements.

Context and Purpose of the job

The resource will join the Compliance Office and, under the supervision of a tutor, will be involved in activities aimed at ensuring product compliance with the requirements of the target markets.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the collection, review, and organization of compliance documentation and supporting evidence, including certificates, declarations, and test reports
• Preparing and providing compliance guidelines and requirements to production sources, based on the requirements of various markets
• Collaborating with internal functions and external stakeholders to collect and verify the information required for compliance activities
