Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Management/Industrial/Business Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Capable of working with data and administrative processes.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in Italian with confident English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and processing of purchase orders in procurement system.
• Handle data entry to ensure procurement records accuracy.
• Assist with goods receipt processes and related documentation.
• Support invoice verification and discrepancies between PO, goods receipt and invoices.
• Help maintain procurement data and contribute to process improvements.
• Contribute to facilities maintenance planning and related reporting.
