3M Italy Marcallo Plant, Electrical Market Division, is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process improvements, support production and train operators, and implement cost-reducing technical solutions. You will collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and sourcing teams to optimize performance and safety.

The role requires an engineering degree, fluent Italian and English, and a proactive, accountable mindset to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver results.

Mansioni

• Lead and support projects within the Electrical Market Division (EMD) to improve processes, machines, and material flows to reduce unit cost.
• Support Production in continuous improvement projects and train operators on SOPs and best practices.
• Determine optimal technical solutions for production design changes requested by customers.
• Collaborate with the EHS team to reduce waste and emissions and promote safety culture.
