Job summary

STERIS Italy S.r.l. in Pomezia, Lazio, Italy, is seeking a Process Manufacturing Engineer II to oversee facility infrastructure, maintenance operations, and the reliability of building systems and production equipment.

You will lead the maintenance team, plan PMs, ensure safety and regulatory compliance (EPA/OSHA/FDA), manage budgets, coordinate projects, and drive continuous improvement for energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General is required.
• Proven experience in facility and maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with regulations and compliance (EPA, OSHA, FDA, MDSAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to high performance.
• Plan PMs, manage repairs of plant equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare facility budgets and track expenses, seeking energy efficiency improvements.
