Fidia Farmaceutici in Abano Terme, Italy, is seeking a Process Engineering Expert to strengthen the Corporate Industrial & Process Engineering Team. You will oversee development and implementation of plant investment projects, ensuring designs meet GMP and HSE standards, and are completed on time and within budget.

Key tasks include designing PFDs and P&IDs, coordinating with external engineers, managing budgets, selecting suppliers, and supervising construction, testing and handover to

Competenze

• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 6 months in a similar role in chemical or pharma manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and end-to-end project management.
• Good knowledge of Excel; SAP or WinProject is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee development and implementation of plant investment projects, ensuring designs comply with GMP and HSE, on time and within budget.
• Set up PFDs, P&IDs, plant layouts, equipment specs and control system specifications.
• Identify suppliers, issue RFQs, evaluate offers, prepare cost estimates and investment requests.
• Collaborate with PMO to manage budget and monitor timelines and costs; take responsibility as needed.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety and environmental criteria are met.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to Production and Maintenance teams and ensure proper documentation.
