EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturing company in its search for a Process Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

This role is based near Vicenza with flexibility on home base. Our global client offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Process Engineer:

• Support the industrialization of new or modified processes ideally experienced with Vacuum processes, collaborating with R&D, Production, and Quality Control.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and manage trials to define standard machine parameters.
• Analyze waste and non-conformities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Scout for new technical solutions, supporting the implementation and validation of new equipment.
• Collaborate with Safety, Production, QC, and Maintenance teams to improve processes.

Requirements for the Process Engineer:

• University degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of high vacuum technology, metal evaporation, and deposition processes.
• Familiarity with machine automation and lean manufacturing principles.
