Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche S.P.A. seeks a Senior Process Technologist to join the HQ Process Engineering Office. You will develop process models, work with the automation team, and support commissioning of new steel plants.
You will lead data analysis, create simulations, and define process guidelines while coordinating with Level 1/2 teams. International travel is required. A strong physics/automation background and 5+ years in steel are expected.

We are currently reinforcing our Danieli Wean United Team and we are looking for a Process Technologist - Senior to join the HQ Process Engineering Office. The role involves further developing our process models, working in close collaboration with the automation team, and supporting the engineering and commissioning phases of new steel production plants. We are seeking for people with strong background in physics and automation, a strong focus on innovation, and the motivation to continuously develop their skills and potential.
The tasks and responsibilities shall be considered within the perimeter of the hot rolling technology for the flat steel production, whether of hot rolled coils or hot rolled plates, and shall focus on:

The company applies the National Collective Agreement for the Metalworking Industry. The gross annual salary for this position starts from € 70.000,00 and will be defined based on objective and neutral criteria, such as professional experience, skills, and the level of autonomy required by the role.
