JLL in Milan is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join the Private Wealth Capital Markets team. You will conduct market analysis across asset classes, build or adapt DCF models, prepare presentations, and support due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions with sophisticated private clients.

You will engage in client meetings and site visits, contribute to information memoranda and market studies, and support back-office activities including KYC/AML and contract review in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or Technical disciplines (Architecture/Engineering).
• Postgraduate qualification in Real Estate strongly preferred.
• Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience in real estate, finance, or related fields.

Mansioni

• Conduct market analysis across asset classes and prepare market reports and sector studies.
• Analyze and modify real estate DCF models; prepare sensitivity analyses and scenarios.
• Support client meetings, site visits, and due diligence for buy-side/sell-side transactions.
• Assist with back-office tasks such as KYC/AML, contract reviews and invoicing.
