SAES in Lombardy, Italy, is seeking a Law/Compliance specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our legal team. You will oversee GDPR/privacy, AML frameworks, and contract drafting/negotiation.

This role requires English fluency and a detail-oriented, proactive attitude to manage policies, DPAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements, while supporting audits and regulatory updates.

Competenze

• Education: Law degree required.
• Experience: 5+ years in Legal/Compliance/Contract Management, with at least 1 year in Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Privacy & Compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance, draft privacy policies/DPAs, support DPIAs, handle data subject requests, and assist with Legislative Decree 231/2001 frameworks, Supervisory Bodies (OdV), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, and internal audits.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, vendor/customer agreements, DPAs) ensuring legal alignment; maintain template archives and contract lifecycles.
• Legal Support: Monitor legislative updates, draft internal compliance guidelines, and provide operational support to the Legal team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: Degree in Law.
• Experience: 5+ years in Legal/Compliance/Contract Management, including 1+ year dedicated to Compliance.
• Core Skills: Solid knowledge of GDPR, AML frameworks, and hands-on experience in contract drafting/negotiation (NDAs, DPAs, vendor agreements).
• Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to prioritize.
• Pluses: Knowledge of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and Supervisory Bodies (OdV) activities; previous experience in Consultancy firms or Law firms.
