SAES in Lombardy, Italy, is seeking a Law/Compliance specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our legal team. You will oversee GDPR/privacy, AML frameworks, and contract drafting/negotiation.

This role requires English fluency and a detail-oriented, proactive attitude to manage policies, DPAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements, while supporting audits and regulatory updates.

Competenze

• Education: Law degree required.
• Experience: 5+ years in Legal/Compliance/Contract Management, with at least 1 year in Compliance.
• Core skills: GDPR, AML, and contract drafting/negotiation.
• Languages: professional fluency in English.
• Soft skills: high attention to detail, proactive, able to prioritize.
• Pluses: knowledge of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and OdV bodies.

Mansioni

• Privacy & compliance: ensure GDPR compliance, draft policies/DPAs, support DPIAs and audits.
• Contract management: draft, review and negotiate NDAs, DPAs, and vendor/customer agreements.
• Legal support: monitor regulatory updates and draft internal guidelines for the legal team.
