The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a fast-growing European IPP to appoint a Structured Finance Associate in Milan. The role focuses on arranging and executing financing solutions across renewable assets, including solar, wind and BESS, from development through operation.

You will work with the investment, MA, development and finance teams, engaging with lenders and institutional investors to shape the group’s financing strategy in a principal-side environment.

Competenze

• 3–6 years' relevant experience in project/structured/infrastructure finance.
• Experience within an IPP, renewable energy developer, infrastructure investor, bank or debt fund.

Mansioni

• Support the structuring, execution and closing of project/structured finance transactions.
• Build and review financial models including debt sizing and project returns.
• Evaluate financing structures including senior debt, construction, acquisition and HoldCo financing.
• Prepare lender materials and financing presentations for banks and debt funds.
• Coordinate financing due diligence across technical, legal, tax and commercial workstreams.
• Review term sheets and facility agreements; support negotiations.
• Collaborate with MA and investment teams on acquisitions and new investments.
• Support financing from development through construction to operations.
