Marsh in Bologna seeks a Principal to develop the Central Italy hub and lead market development within Risk Consulting Italy. You will report to the Italy Risk Consulting Leader and drive growth by building client relationships and coordinating cross‑functional teams across regions.

The role requires 10+ years in consulting, fluency in English and Italian, and willingness to be based in Bologna or nearby. It is a permanent position with a competitive starting salary and bonus opportunities.

For Risk Consulting Italy , the management consulting company part of Marsh Risk, we are looking for a candidate with 10+ years in experience in the consulting sector, with the goal to develop Central Italy hub in Bologna.

What we offer:

• The position is offered on a permanent basis.
• We propose a gross annual salary starting from € 85.000 for a full-time position
• Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus
• Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary. Further details will be shared during the selection process or directly in the employment contract.
