Job summary

Marsh Italy is seeking a recent graduate to join the Enterprise Risk Services team through our Professional Graduate Programme. The role will be based in Milan, with a hybrid arrangement in Rome for cross-location collaboration.

You will support risk design and implementation for industrial clients, including gap assessments, roadmaps and governance.

The program provides structured training and a starting gross annual salary of €28,000 under the NCBA, plus insurance, pension and health benefits.

Qualifications

• University Master Degree in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.).
• Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English.
• IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Help design and implement enterprise risk solutions for industrial clients.
• Assist in gap assessments, roadmap development, risk appetite frameworks/statements, and risk governance.
• Coordinate risk assessment campaigns and develop risk indicators and reporting.
• Collaborate with cyber, compliance, and public entities to deliver cross-functional solutions.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Risk Services team at Risk Consulting through our Professional Graduate Programme . This role will be based in Milan and in Rome for a hybrid role.

Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk , a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, People & Investments.

We will count on you to:

You will have the opportunity to work on activities related to enterprise risks for industrial companies, providing expert advice to clients in the design, implementation, and improvement of approaches, methodologies, and tools aimed at integrating risk management into their internal processes.

You will support senior colleagues in designing and implementing risk management frameworks, including:

• Gap assessment
• Roadmap development
• Risk appetite frameworks/statements
• Risk governance
• Coordination of risk assessment campaigns
• Quantitative risk analysis
• Strategic plan risk analysis
• Development of key risk indicators
• Risk culture enhancement
• Risk reporting
• Ad hoc initiatives (e.g. operational and insurable risk assessments)

You will also:

• Develop ad hoc projects aimed at optimizing clients' internal controls and risk management systems
• Collaborate with colleagues from other teams (e.g. cyber, compliance, public entities) to implement cross-functional solutions and products for our clients

What you need to have:

What we offer:

Tailored career progression : The programme starts with a 6-month internship . At the end of the 6-month internship, based on the tutors' evaluation, the internship can proceed through an apprenticeship contract offering a starting gross annual salary of €28.000.
