Job summary

MathWorks seeks an experienced RF solutions specialist to help customers across EMEA design better RF systems. You will be the go-to expert for integrating RF components and antennas into system-level models, collaborating with development and technical marketing teams to shape the RF product offering.

You will build trust through deep technical credibility, present at meetings and seminars, and support sales with requirement analyses, proofs of concept, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent).
• Five years of experience in RF transceiver and antenna design, including PAs, LNAs, phased arrays and matching networks
• Experience with Keysight ADS, SystemVue, Genesys or equivalent tools
• Knowledge of RFIC and MMIC design and implementation workflows
• Strong motivation to work directly with customers
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on adopting MathWorks RF solutions and analyse RF components, antennas and antenna arrays
• Build technical case studies, application examples and simulation models
• Present at customer meetings, seminars and webinars
• Support EMEA sales teams with requirements analysis, product evaluations, proofs of concept and technical sales strategy
• Build an active EMEA-wide expert network through direct customer engagement
• Identify new business areas through market and account research, and share customer feedback with development and technical marketing
