Thales Group in Rome is seeking an Active Antenna System Engineer to join our advanced RF, digital and power systems team. You will collect requirements, perform trade-offs, and drive architecture down to subassemblies.

The role requires Master in Electronics, strong English, experience in RF and beamforming, and proficiency with Matlab/Simulink, SystemVue and AWR/MWO-VSS. You will collaborate across teams and suppliers to meet performance, cost and schedule.

• You have a background in RF, digital, and power engineering.
• You are fluent in professional English.

Mansioni

• Collect requirements from stakeholders and formalize them into models.
• Perform trade-off analyses for RF, power, and digital architectures.
• Flow down antenna requirements to RF/Front-Ends, amplifiers and units.
• Model active antennas using lifecycle-appropriate tools.
• Support IVV-Q activities and interface with suppliers/customers.
