Sangfor Technologies in Milano is seeking a proactive pre-sales specialist to align customer requirements with Sangfor solutions. You will articulate technical strategies, prepare proposals, and validate feasibility through proofs-of-concept while coordinating with partners and HQ.

English is working language; knowledge of cloud, virtualization, and HCI is essential. The role focuses on enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization.

Competenze

• Experience in IT as a pre-sales professional with strong networking know-how.
• Solid understanding of virtualization, hyper-converged infra and VDI.
• Certifications for Sangfor products or major vendors preferred.

• Identify requirements from customer/partner meetings and plan full project lifecycle.
• Prepare business value solutions, write proposals, present, and conduct proof-of-concept.

• 1.Identifiy requirement and business opportunity from Customer/ Partner meeting, develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; and planning full project life cycle.
• 2. Prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, and conduct proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
• 3. Understand main industries infrastructure requirement. Propose technical solutions and oversee the selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solutions to meet customer's requirements.
• 4. Complete technical document refer to project/training/site-reference etc., correlate with HQ team to collect local requirement and push HQ to optimize product features.
• 5. Responsible for partner's technical and presales personnel technical recognition, training and support
• 6. Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

• 1.Experiences in IT industry as pre-sales is required, including solid knowledge of network best practices. Thorough understanding of server, storage, cloud, virtualization, hyper converged infrastructure, virtual desktop infrastructure
• 2. Good knowledge of virtualization, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, cloud computing
• 3. Know well about main stream virtualization or hyper converged solution (Vmware, Simplivity, Nutanix, etc.) have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of how to troubleshoot technical issues that involve Sangfor products.
• 4.Certifications for Sangfor products or others such as Vmware VCP or VCAP, Certified Solution Architect from AWS or Azure etc. along with proven experience will be preferred.
• 5.Excellent oral and written communication skills, English can be working language strong desire to learn and grow their technical and sales skills.
