Longi Solar is seeking a dynamic Technical Solutions Manager specialized in Battery Energy Storage Systems to design and deliver tailored technical solutions from inquiry to implementation. You will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of battery storage, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems preferred.
• Experience with system simulation and design tools.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
• Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.
• Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
