Job summary

Moneyfarm is seeking a Premium Wealth Advisor to manage 1:1 relationships with our B2C clients in Italy. You will support Premium clients who typically invest up to €100k, combining relationship management with a commercial focus to drive activation, conversion, retention, and AUM growth with excellent guidance.

Initially, you’ll be supported by a manager for onboarding and knowledge transfer, while helping to scale the service through content and webinar initiatives as you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial advice / wealth management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely.
• Commercial mindset with comfort working with KPIs (activation/conversion, retention, AUM growth).
• Proficiency in English.
• OCF registration is a strong plus and expected to be completed within months after joining.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a dedicated book of Premium clients.
• Collaborate within Premium Advisory Team to grow assets and provide high-quality service.
• Engage with clients via email, phone, and video calls to guide decisions on Moneyfarm’s Wealth platform.
• Drive retention and AUM growth by addressing objections and reinforcing long-term plans.
• Provide holistic financial planning across Moneyfarm’s products.
• Keep CRM tools (Salesforce) updated with notes and activity.
