Job summary

Ajax Systems is seeking a technical trainer in Italy to educate distributors and installers on our security solutions. You will run seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and trainings, and introduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax distributors and installers.

You will train technical staff at distributors, promote solutions, conduct market research, and develop strong partner relationships while producing technical documentation with the team. Travel to events is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in IT or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, and security.
• Excellent knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV and access control.
• Experience in installing or designing video surveillance or fire alarm systems.
• Willingness to travel for business trips and trade shows; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and staff.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
• Educate distributors and dealers to increase product knowledge and technology understanding.
• Promote product solutions based on customer needs and provide technical support to key clients.
• Perform market research and compare competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
• Create technical documentation and collaborate with the team on product features.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
