Ajax Systems is a leading security technology company providing end-to-end solutions for homes and businesses worldwide. The role involves conducting technical seminars, presenting product roadmaps, and training distributors and installers to ensure deep product knowledge across Ajax Systems’ portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in alarm and video surveillance systems, strong communication, and enjoys travel for trade shows and customer engagements.

Competenze

• University degree in IT or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, and security.
• Excellent working knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience in installing/designing video surveillance, fire alarms, or other security systems.
• Public speaking is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel for trade shows and more.
• Outgoing personality and ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and employees.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
• Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers about products and technology.
• Promote product solutions based on customer needs and technical consultations.
• Conduct market research and compare competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
• Test product features, write technical documentation, and collaborate with the team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
