Job summary

Ajax Systems, an international security technology company, seeks a technical trainer for the EMEA region. Conduct seminars, webinars, and live demos for distributors and installers, and help shape product roadmaps and knowledge transfer.

You will train staff at distributors, deliver technical presentations at events, and collaborate with sales to address customer needs. Travel is required to support partners and trade shows.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or Engineering.
• 2+ years of professional experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, and security.
• Excellent working knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience in installing/designing video surveillance systems, fire alarms or other security systems.
• Public speaking experience is a plus; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for business trips, trade shows, and related events.
• Outgoing personality and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product for customers and company employees.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to Ajax Systems distributors and installers.
• Teach technical staff at distributors/dealers to increase product knowledge and technology understanding.
• Promote product solutions based on customer needs, technical consultation, and support of key clients.
• Market research and comparative analysis of competitors' products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners of the company.
• Test product features, write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
