Prada Group is seeking a CRM Intern to support the Regional CRM team in developing, implementing and monitoring CRM and clienteling initiatives aimed at increasing client engagement, loyalty and spend among existing and prospective Prada clients.

The role involves preparing client target lists, tools and resources, analyzing CRM data to uncover insights, and assisting stores with clienteling best practices. It also includes monitoring KPIs and reporting to the Regional CRM team.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree required or in progress.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Ability to read and analyse documentation accurately.
• Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy and organisation.

JOB PURPOSE

The CRM Intern will support the Regional CRM team in the development, implementation and monitoring of CRM and clienteling initiatives aimed at increasing client engagement, loyalty and spend among existing and prospective Prada clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and implementation of CRM and clienteling initiatives based on business needs, including the preparation of client target lists, tools and resources designed to drive client interactions, store appointments, revenue and long-term loyalty.
• Analyse CRM data and client behavior to identify relevant insights and opportunities, supporting the development of commercial actions for specific client segments.
• Support stores in the implementation of the clienteling strategy and CRM best practices, including the preparation of presentations, guidelines and training materials focused on client development initiatives.
• Monitor CRM KPIs, program adoption, data quality and client contactability, preparing regular reports and follow-ups for the Regional CRM team and stores.
