Prada Group is seeking an intern to support the product selection process in collaboration with the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager, ensuring alignment with merchandising strategy across regions.

The role involves adapting global selection to local markets, assisting in sales budgeting, and visiting stores to observe trends and competition, contributing to training and in-store presentation.

Competenze

• Master's degree in economics or related field.
• Interest in the luxury industry and product categories.
• Strong knowledge of Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work by objectives; results-oriented.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good knowledge of English (CEFR C1).

• Supports the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager in choosing products for main and special orders, helping define quantities for the assigned region.
• Works with the Country Retail Merchandising Manager to adapt the global product selection to local market needs.
• Helps with sales budget planning for the category and region, together with the Planning and Finance teams.

• Tracks sales results to help keep the right product mix and display in stores.
