Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related technical discipline; Electrical Engineering or advanced technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, and related power infrastructure fields.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives and engaging with senior stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic market and architecture direction for Large Power Converters.
• Translate customer priorities and regional requirements into portfolio choices.
• Influence roadmap priorities and investment decisions across regions and teams.
• Develop architecture-led narratives, battle cards, and differentiation actions for go-to-market readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Service, and regional teams to balance value, feasibility, and time-to-market.
