AGCO Corporation in Italy seeks a senior Architecture Lead to define and evolve the end-to-end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms, driving platform consistency and scalability.

You will act as the primary technical authority on architecture, MBSE and AUTOSAR, leading cross-functional integration across large-scale programs and ensuring alignment with AGCO’s strategy. On-site 4 days a week at the Breganze site with remote/work flexibility.

Competenze

• Experience in embedded software and complex E/E systems.
• Expertise in AUTOSAR and MBSE for scalable architectures.
• Proven ability to lead architecture and technical decision-making across large programs.
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, interfaces, and lifecycle management.
• Track record in platform architecture and system integration.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve the end-to-end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms.
