AGCO Corporation in Italy seeks a senior Architecture Lead to define and evolve the end-to-end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms, driving platform consistency and scalability.

You will act as the primary technical authority on architecture, MBSE and AUTOSAR, leading cross-functional integration across large-scale programs and ensuring alignment with AGCO’s strategy. On-site 4 days a week at the Breganze site with remote/work flexibility.

The role leads architecture design and integration decisions across complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensures alignment with AGCO’s EFG/CEA strategy. The position drives standardization, scalability, and reuse across product lines, while enabling integration of data-driven, model-based, and AI-enabled capabilities into the platform.

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with extensive experience in embedded software and complex E/E systems.
• Strong expertise in AUTOSAR and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for developing scalable and efficient system architectures.
• Proven ability to lead architecture, system integration, and technical decision-making across complex, large-scale product development programs.
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, system interfaces, integration strategies, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated track record in platform architecture, system integration, and delivery of high-quality solutions for complex products.

Compensation

Applicable salary range: €46,000 – €70,000 gross annual salary.

The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.

Your Workplace

This role follows AGCO’s on‑site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location a minimum of 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork from our Breganze site.
