AGCO seeks a Lead Platform Software Architect in Breganze to define and evolve end-to-end software and E/E architectures across complex, cross-functional programs. You will drive platform consistency, modularity, and scalability, acting as the primary technical authority for combine software and E/E systems.

The role requires strong leadership, deep MBSE and AUTOSAR knowledge, and a track record delivering large-scale product architectures.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in AUTOSAR and MBSE for scalable system architectures.
• Proven ability to lead architecture, system integration, and technical decision-making across large-scale programs.
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, system interfaces, and end-to-end lifecycle management.

The role leads architecture design and integration decisions across complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensures alignment with AGCO’s EFG/CEA strategy. The position drives standardization, scalability, and reuse across product lines, while enabling integration of data-driven, model-based, and AI-enabled capabilities into the platform.

YourExperience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with extensive experience in embedded software and complex E/E systems.
• Strongexpertisein AUTOSAR and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for developing scalable and efficient system architectures.
• Proven ability to lead architecture, system integration, and technical decision-making across complex, large-scale product development programs.
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, system interfaces, integration strategies, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Demonstratedtrack recordin platform architecture, system integration, and delivery of high-quality solutions for complex products.

Compensation

Applicable salary range: €46,000 – €70,000 gross annual salary.

The compensation range specified in this job postingrepresentsan indicative range for the role. Finalremunerationwill be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
