LABEL ROSE is seeking a marketing professional to manage advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest (and possibly Google Ads). You will structure, launch, monitor budgets and optimize daily, while preparing reports and refining content for campaigns.

The role requires data-driven decision making, an analytical mindset, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. In-person work at our Istrana (TV) headquarters is expected, with full-time hours.

• Concrete experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads (Google Ads a plus).
• Ability to read data and make strategic decisions.

• Ability to document processes and workflows.

We are looking for a person to join the marketing team.

The new resource will be responsible for fully managing advertising campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Tik Tok). Specifically, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• structuring and creating campaigns through the ads manager of the aforementioned platforms
• managing the dedicated advertising budget
• optimizing campaigns based on daily performance
• preparing a daily report
• potential content editing suitable for various campaigns
• achieving set KPIs

Salary and contract type commensurate with experience.

Working hours: full-time from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
