LeadXpro is an elite, international team driving growth for advertisers across ecommerce, leadgen, igaming, nutra, and dating. We seek a Platform Operations Specialist to own the end-to-end ad execution, optimize delivery, and manage offshore teams with cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with AI tools to enhance workflows, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues across platforms such as Meta, Google Analytics, and Dynatrace.

Competenze

• Experience in managing digital platform operations.
• Knowledge of AI tools in digital marketing and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Active VAT number.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end advertising execution and ensure smooth Meta delivery.
• Troubleshoot platform delivery issues and diagnose root causes.
• Investigate issues from publisher changes and policy updates.
• Collaborate with Product to shape tooling and automation.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to triage incidents and communicate timelines.
• Manage offshore teams to ensure quality across time zones.
