Gerresheimer Italy is seeking an HR Coordinator to ensure the application of corporate HR policies, manage recruitment, onboarding, and support industrial relations. The role requires travel to the San Vito al Tagliamento moulded glass plant and collaboration with management to drive employee development.

You will monitor HR metrics, contribute to training plans, and promote engagement and workplace culture.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or related disciplines.
• 5/6 years of experience in roles within complex industrial and multinational environments.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Analytical skills and ability to manage HR data and reporting.
• Good organizational skills.
