Bormioli Pharma is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the Castelguelfo plant's entire production process. The role focuses on achieving productivity, quality, and service targets while driving lean restructuring to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

You will coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to meet operational goals and promote a strong safety culture. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of experience in production management within plastics or pharmaceutical

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience as Production Manager in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in plastics or pharmaceutical environments is a plus.

The resource will be responsible for managing the entire production process of the Castelguelfo plant, specialized in the manufacturing plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical industry.

Main activities:

• Ensuring the effective execution of production activities, guaranteeing the achievement of productivity, quality, efficiency, and service targets.
• Driving plant reorganization initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering employee engagement, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing principles
• Coordination of production activities and technical teams, promoting collaboration among Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other plant functions to ensure the achievement of operational objectives
• Promoting and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, supporting the development of an effective safety culture aligned with company policies and standards

Skills

• At least 3/4 years of experience as Production Manager in a manufacturing company
• Experience in plastics or pharmaceutical fields will be considered as a plus
• Strong leadership skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Good people management and communication skills

Education

Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar fields
