Prysmian Group is seeking a Plant Maintenance Specialist for its Merlino (LO) plant. You will report to the Plant Maintenance Manager and support preventive and corrective maintenance aligned with production goals and safety standards.

You will plan maintenance activities, monitor progress, and coordinate with suppliers and contractors. You will help implement maintenance procedures, train staff, and manage SAP-based procurement.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a technical field.
• A university degree in technical or engineering disciplines is considered a plus.
• 2 years of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the Maintenance Manager in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities (planned maintenance, line shutdowns, emergency interventions).
• Monitor work progress, ensuring timelines and resources are met.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external contractors for maintenance execution.
• Contribute to HSE procedures and maintenance-related improvements.
• Assist training of maintenance personnel on procedures and standards.
• Enter purchase requisitions and manage POs in SAP.
• Assist in managing technical warehouses and support projects.
