Technogym seeks a Pilates Sales Manager & Instructors Network based at our Cesena HQ to lead the Pilates sales specialist team across territories, build a nationwide network of instructors, promote the Pilates business model, and support launches and upgrades with commercial initiatives.

You will oversee revenues, margins, and pre-sales activities, proactively visiting prospects and customers to sell Pilates solutions, and collaborate with Go To Market to develop dedicated content and seminars.

Competenze

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Pilates industry.
• Proven sales track record in Pilates with equipment know-how.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
