Job summary

Tesco Pharmacists are at the core of our customer service and community care. The Pharmacy Manager will lead a team, deliver NHS and private services, and actively support patients and carers with expert guidance.

DBS and PVG checks are part of the onboarding process to ensure safety and compliance. We offer leadership training, flexible working conversations, and a supportive environment where your ideas to improve care are heard.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required and GPhC registered.
• Willingness to join PVG scheme and DBS checks as part of employment.
• Proven leadership of pharmacy staff and delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and provide NHS and private services.
• Lead, train and develop colleagues to deliver high standards.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure pharmacy coverage and patient care.
