Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager (Part-time) in Bradford Buttershaw to lead a busy pharmacy team, deliver NHS and Private services, and provide excellent patient care. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, develop staff, and foster strong links with local GP practices and Primary Care Networks.

The role offers leadership training, flexible working options, and a comprehensive benefits package, including GPhC fee coverage and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required; GPhC registration is expected.
• Experience leading and empowering a pharmacy team.
• Willingness to join PVG scheme; DBS checks will be organized before employment.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services; provide healthcare advice to customers.
• Support Pharmacy Manager to lead, train and develop colleagues.
• Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
• Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
